Clifton Clay

Clifton Clay has over 25 years of experience in technical program management, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and operating systems environment development and implementation. Clifton served as a Senior Program Manager, Director - Regulatory Services at Oasys International Corporation from September 2014 until present. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Enterprise Architect at Scitor from June 2008 to September 2014, providing technical support to the ODNI / PM-ISE and contributing to the implementation of all PM-ISE technical programs and products.
