Rachel Schwab

Rachel Schwab is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Accounting Manager at Oatly since November 2018, Rachel has held various roles including US Accounting Lead and Accounting Manager. Prior to Oatly, Rachel operated as an Independent Financial Consultant and worked as Controller and Accountant at UHURU DESIGN. Additional experience includes Accounting Manager positions at The Factory NYC, Mast Brothers Inc., and Boqueria Restaurants, as well as a bookkeeper/office manager role at Egg and administrative assistant role at Momofuku.
