Shaunagh Duncan

Head Of Sustainability, Europe & International Markets at Oatly

Shaunagh Duncan has extensive experience in the field of sustainability. Since 2014, they have worked in various roles, starting with an advocacy internship at Hanover Communications. Shaunagh then moved on to positions such as market research and business development intern at bio-bean Ltd and EA to Lord Deben, Chairman at the Committee on Climate Change.

In 2015, Shaunagh joined Sancroft as a sustainability consultant before transitioning to Imperial College London as an MSc student. In 2016, they briefly worked as an operations manager at Sympower.

Shaunagh's work experience also includes a significant role at Bulb, where they served as a sustainability manager and later became the head of sustainability, global. During their time at Bulb, they played a critical role in developing the company's sustainability strategy, implementing it, and advising on policy and communications.

Shaunagh continued to pursue their passion for sustainability as a sustainability consultant at Expert Advice/Sleeping Lion in 2021. In 2022, they became self-employed, working as a sustainability adviser/consultant.

Currently, Shaunagh holds the position of Head of Sustainability, Europe & International Markets at Oatly, where they are responsible for driving sustainability initiatives in those regions. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Sustainability, UK & BENELUX at Oatly.

Throughout their career, Shaunagh Duncan has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment to sustainability, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Shaunagh Duncan holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sustainable Futures from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Bristol. Shaunagh is also currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. In addition, Shaunagh has obtained a certification in Business and Human Rights from Ardea International in 2023.
