Tracy Liu is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the Asia region, currently serving as Associate HR Director at Oatly since May 2019, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and mentoring management teams. Prior to Oatly, Tracy held the role of Regional HR Manager for Greater China and South Korea at Red Bull, managing HR functions across multiple markets and ensuring alignment with global standards. Previous positions also include HR Director at Added Value, HR Manager at International SOS, and Senior HR Manager at Ipsos China. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economy Management from Xiamen University.
