Charmaine Williams Mshrm

Charmaine Williams MSHRM, SPHR is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Obama Foundation since June 2022, Charmaine previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Connections for the Homeless from May 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Charmaine worked as a Human Resources Consultant and held multiple leadership roles at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from 2002 to 2021. Earlier career positions included Human Resources Manager roles at UL and Pitney Bowes. Charmaine holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Roosevelt University, with additional education from Northwestern University and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
