James Smith

James is their Head of Operations, with responsibility for Oban’s people and culture as well as the smooth running of their operations and IT. He manages a multidisciplinary team of specialists who ensure that they attract, develop and retain the best talent in the market.

James joined Oban in 2013 having spent six years at SunGard Consulting (now part of FIS) as Operations Manager. Before that, his career focus was HR, working within IT, Consulting and Telecoms.
