Samantha Whitfield is the current Executive Director at OBAP. Prior to their current position, they were the Township of Willingboro. Samantha has also worked with various non-profit organizations. From March 2012 to March 2015, they worked as an assistant clinical project manager at BioClinica. In this role, they were responsible for drafting project protocol documents, reviewing and editing project presentations, facilitating and participating in project meetings, conference calls, and training calls, assisting with preliminary financial tasks and monthly billing, acting as a liaison with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of all study deliverables, reporting study needs and issues, establishing clear and measurable project operating guidelines including timelines, milestones and budget allowances, performing project analysis and management, providing team leadership including team training, communication and delegation, ensuring deliverables are met, keeping client and/or management advised of current issues, study progress, responding to client inquires in a timely and professional manner, assisting in tracking and resolving of client issues, serving as additional point of contact to client, sites, sponsors, etc., mentoring, guiding and supporting the Project Support Specialists, including providing feedback to Project Manager for performance appraisals, and serving as acting Project Manager in the absence of the assigned Project Manager.

Samantha Whitfield has a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Rowan College at Burlington County.

They work with Anya Kearns - Programs Director, Jeff Harrison - Project Aerospace Co-Director, and Ngierot Edward-Smith - Collegiate Programs Chair. Samantha Whitfield reports to Joel Webley, Board Chair.
