Caitlin O'Leary

Caitlin O'Leary began their career in 2012 as a Merchandise Assistant at One Kings Lane. Caitlin then progressed to an Associate Buyer and then an Assistant Buyer at the same company. In 2016, Caitlin moved to Hamlet Home where they served as Senior Buyer and Head of Operations. In 2018, they joined obé Fitness as Chief of Staff, followed by VP Operations & Special Projects and then VP Member Experience. In 2021, Caitlin became a Founding Member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners.

Caitlin O'Leary received their BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Caitlin also participated in the SMU Study Abroad Program at the University of Oxford.
