Lilliana Olivera has over 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition and internal communication. Currently serving as Jefe de Selección, Desarrollo y Comunicación Interna at Oben Group since November 2008, Lilliana has contributed to a leading global company in the extrusion of polypropylene, polyester, and nylon for food packaging, with extensive operations across America and Europe.
