Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith, AICP, is a highly experienced professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Laurel Street Residential since August 2022. Prior experience includes a long tenure as a Developer for Oberer Land Development, where responsibilities included permitting, zoning, environmental permitting, engineering oversight, and public finance applications in the Dayton, Ohio area.
