Previously, he was a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP, where he was a member of the Corporate Group specializing in life sciences. Prior to joining Covington & Burling, he was a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr. Wiggert has worked on numerous royalty and structured financings in the health care industry. He earned his A.B. in Economics from Columbia College, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Wiggert is a member of the California and New York Bars.
