Computational Physics Researcher at Oberlin College

Charles Davis is a highly capable research assistant and computational physicist currently affiliated with ENS Paris-Saclay, where Charles engages in advanced exploration of Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy under Dr. Vitor Brasilience. Concurrently, at Oberlin College, Charles contributes as a computational physics researcher under Professor Robert Owen, developing numerical models for gravitational waves and utilizing programming languages such as C++ and Python. In addition to research, Charles has extensive teaching experience as a teaching assistant for various physics and mathematics courses, along with practical skills in theater lighting and makerspace technologies.
