Samia Mansour

Samia Mansour currently serves as the Assistant Dean & Director of Religious and Spiritual Life at Oberlin College, focusing on fostering an inclusive campus environment for diverse religious and philosophical traditions. Previous roles include Strategic Consultant at Saterman Connect, Program Director for At The Well Project, and Community Development Strategist at jHUB, where there was an emphasis on promoting underrepresented Jewish identities. Experience also includes significant positions at the Cleveland Hillel Foundation, where leadership responsibilities spanned from Assistant Director to Interim Executive Director, managing budgets, enhancing Jewish student programming, and developing strategic initiatives. Samia Mansour holds a Doctor of Education in Interprofessional Leadership from Kent State University and a Master of Social Work from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences.
