Terry Kurtz

Terry Kurtz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in alumni engagement and philanthropy, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement at Oberlin College since October 2020. Previously held a similar position that included responsibilities for annual giving during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Oberlin College, Terry served as the Director of Philanthropic Gifts at Hathaway Brown School, managing major gifts and planned giving initiatives. Additionally, experience includes leadership roles at Baldwin Wallace University, overseeing alumni engagement and relations, and a background in performing arts management with positions at The Cleveland Play House and Long Wharf Theatre. Terry possesses an M.F.A. in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College and a B.A. in Theatre, Business, and Computer Science from Baldwin Wallace University.
