Lisa McGinnis

Lisa heads Obermayer’s Accounting Department where she oversees daily operations, including client invoices, vendor bills, bank deposits, and employee payroll. Central to her successful leadership is ensuring that accounting personnel have the correct processes in place to do their jobs and use software to automate tasks whenever possible.

Lisa views herself as a problem-solver who can easily spot why something is wrong, and then identify the best way to fix it. She leverages her years of accounting experience to help manage the financial health of the firm.

She was drawn to the field because of her love of the science of accounting and its perfect balance.

She holds a BA from Delaware Valley University.
