Martin Quigley

Martin Quigley is an accomplished professional in data and analytics with extensive experience in designing and implementing data-driven processes within public sector organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics at Pobal since October 2015, Quigley leads a team dedicated to leveraging data for informed policy-making and program design. Previous roles include Head of the National Childcare Scheme and lead of the Monitoring, Analysis & Outcomes Unit, where oversight of a €700 million investment portfolio was maintained. Quigley has also held board positions with Oberstown Children Detention Campus and the Government of Ireland’s Open Data Governance Board. As a co-founder of the not-for-profit Quality Matters, Quigley focused on creating evidence-based services for marginalized communities. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Criminology and various professional diplomas in management and data analytics.
