Sabrina Doolin

Sabrina Doolin, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in Human Resources. Sabrina started their career as a Human Resources Administrator at City University of Seattle in 2002. From there, they transitioned to the YMCA of Greater Seattle, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Coordinator & Systems Specialist, HR Director, Benefits & HR Operations, and HR Director, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations.

In 2017, Sabrina joined GM Nameplate as a Corporate Human Resources Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources in 2019. In both roles, they were responsible for overseeing HR functions within the company.

In this position, they rebuilt the HR team and implemented updated policies, procedures, and systems. Sabrina currently leads a team of 8 staff, overseeing all HR functions and providing executive coaching and HR expertise to the senior leadership team. Sabrina also collaborates with legal for compliance-related issues and acts as an HR business partner for internal employees and managers.
