Ethan Lazarus

Clinical Nutrition Center at Obesity Medicine Association

Ethan Lazarus has extensive experience in the field of medicine and obesity management, currently serving as the Immediate Past-President of the Obesity Medicine Association since June 2017, after roles as President and President Elect. Additionally, Ethan has been a Delegate at the American Medical Association since June 2013 and holds the title of Diplomate with the American Board of Obesity Medicine since April 2012. With a long-standing commitment to providing medically supervised weight loss programs, Ethan has been President of the Clinical Nutrition Center in Denver since January 2004. Ethan is also board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, having completed a Family Medicine Residency at John Peter Smith Hospital from June 1996 to June 1999, and previously practiced at a Family Medicine Clinic until September 2003. Educational qualifications include an MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and dual degrees in Natural Science and Health Care Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton Business School, respectively.
