Lance Ou

Lance Ou is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and medical fields with significant experience in product development, clinical leadership, and academia. Currently serving as Development Champion (Product Development Director) at OBI Pharma, Inc. since October 2015, Lance Ou leads the OBI-904 ADC project while also holding the position of Associate Medical Director, focusing on immune oncology and COVID-19 vaccine initiatives. In addition, Lance Ou operates as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National Defense Medical Center, teaching pharmacology, targeted therapy, and physiology. Previously, Lance Ou was the Medical Director at OBIgen Pharma and held leadership roles at SynCore Biotechnology and Sinphar Pharmaceutical, as well as undertaking postdoctoral research at Tri-service General Hospital. Lance Ou holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry & Pharmacology from the National Defense Medical Center and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Kaohsiung Medical University.
