Neo Lu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, legal, and patent management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at OBI Pharma, Inc. since August 2021, Neo previously held the position of Administrative Division Manager at ENIMMUNE CORPORATION from March 2019 to August 2021. Prior roles include Intellectual Property & Legal Deputy Manager at Reber Genetics Co., Ltd., Licensing Manager at 仁寶, and Patent Manager at Wistron. Early career experiences encompass roles as a Patent Engineer at Transpacific IP Group Limited and Deep & Far Attorney-at-Law, as well as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan University Hospital. Neo Lu earned a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Science in Cell Biology and Anatomy from National Taiwan University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
