Sonya Holt

Sonya Holt is a seasoned consultant specializing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) at Gray to Black LLC since August 2022. Holt serves on the Advisory Board at Obie & Ax Inc. and was previously the Deputy Associate Director of the Central Intelligence Agency for Talent for Diversity and Inclusion, where strategic oversight of DEIA initiatives and implementation of key strategies occurred. Holt has a proven track record in advancing women's leadership, managing the Human Capital Management Office at the United States Department of Defense, and leading various diversity recruitment initiatives at the Central Intelligence Agency. Holt holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University.
