Rebecca Geier, PHR

Rebecca Geier, PHR, has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Rebecca began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Integrity Grading and Excavating, Inc. in 2012. Rebecca then moved on to become a Receptionist at High Brow Waxing Boutique in 2015. In 2016, they became an Office Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. The following year, they were hired as a Recruitment and Internship Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual. In 2018, they were hired as a Human Resources Administrator at Auto Truck Group. In 2019, they were hired as a Human Resources Generalist at Insurance Program Managers Group. Most recently, they were hired as a People Operations Generalist at Obie in 2022.

Rebecca Geier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained in 2018. Rebecca has also obtained several certifications, including Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers from LinkedIn in October 2022, Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in August 2022, Communicating Employee Rewards from LinkedIn in April 2022, and Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) from HRCI in October 2020.
