Micaela Davis

Micaela Davis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Micaela currently works at Objective Paradigm as a Senior Sourcing and Research Consultant in Business Development, focused on Growth & Enterprise. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sourcer for the same company, providing talent acquisition solutions specialized in ERP technology.

Before joining Objective Paradigm, Micaela was a Graduate Student at the University of Chicago from October 2020 to September 2021. Micaela also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan in early 2017.
