Mike Mammoser has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Mike currently serves as the Practice Lead for Dedicated Recruiting Services at Objective Paradigm, where they customize solutions to find and recruit talented individuals for client teams. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & Resource Management at Amitech Solutions. Mike also has experience with Objective Paradigm as an Engagement Manager for Dedicated Recruiting Services, where they managed client partnerships and recruiter performance. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at OpinionLab and as a Talent Acquisition Lead at hybris software. Mike has also held roles as an Executive Search Consultant at Lucas Group, a Recruiting Manager at SNI Technology, and in recruiting operations at IA Consulting. Mike started their career as a Senior Employee Relations Executive at Aditi Consulting, where they managed employee relations for contract employees at Microsoft Corporation. Mike has a strong track record of successfully leading strategic hiring initiatives and has contributed to the growth and acquisition of various companies throughout their career. Outside of their work in talent acquisition, they have also served as the Director of the Chicago Illini Club, supporting the educational purposes of the University of Illinois.

Mike Mammoser earned their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2002. Mike then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the same university from 2002 to 2004.
