Agnieszka Vincenc has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Agnieszka started their career in 2010 as a Travel Infobroker at Travel Creation. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Journalist at KRN media Sp. z o.o. Before that, they held the role of Associated Editor at Wroclawek.com in 2011. In the same year, they worked as a Marketing and PR Specialist at wfirma.p. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Managing Editor at Arche Publishing.

In 2012, Agnieszka briefly worked as an Online Journalist at TENE CURSUM Sp. z o.o. (portal facetpo40.pl). Agnieszka owned a creative agency called Agnieszka Vincenc-Multan Uzdrowisko Firm (agencja kreatywna) from 2013 to 2016.

In 2014, Agnieszka joined ERIF Biuro Informacji Gospodarczej S.A. as a Marketing Specialist. Agnieszka then transitioned to KRUK S.A. in 2016, where they held various roles. Agnieszka started as an Online Marketing Specialist and later became a Marketing Automation Project Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Online Marketing Team Leader, where they spearheaded the creation, implementation, and optimization of online marketing strategies. Agnieszka also contributed to projects related to marketing automation, websites management, and customer service processes.

Since 2020, Agnieszka has been working at Objectivity | Part of Accenture. Agnieszka initially served as a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist and is currently the Growth Marketing Operations Lead.

Throughout their career, Agnieszka has demonstrated expertise in growth marketing, digital marketing automation, online marketing strategy, project management, budget management, customer segmentation, and brand development. Agnieszka has also gained experience in areas such as online communication, e-commerce, SEO, social media management, and data analytics.

Agnieszka Vincenc obtained a Bachelor's degree in Polish philology from the University of Silesia in Katowice, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Polish philology at the University of Wroclaw from 2007 to 2009.
