Beata Winczaszek

Beata Winczaszek has a diverse work experience in quality management and personal data protection. Beata started their career at Toshiba Television Central Europe as a Compliance Quality Engineer Specialist. Beata then worked at Sca Hygiene Products as a Quality Systems Specialist and Laboratory Leader. After that, they joined ITeam SA as a part-time Quality System Management Representative. Beata then joined Paragon Medical, where they held the positions of Quality Systems Specialist and Associated Quality Control Manager. Currently, they are working at Objectivity as a Quality Expert and Personal Data Protection Specialist, where they supervise the quality management system, coordinates internal audits, and leads initiatives for process improvements.

Beata Winczaszek completed their education in the field of Engineering at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. From 1997 to 2002, they obtained a degree of Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) in Environmental Engineering. Later, from 2002 to 2007, Beata pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Engineering at the same university.
