Dagmara Wierzba

Dagmara Wierzba has diverse work experience in various roles. Dagmara started their career at TK Maxx as a Customer Service Department employee from June 2013 to June 2015. Dagmara then worked at WABCO Automotive SA, initially as an Intern in the LPO Department, where they were responsible for reporting losses due to equipment failures, implementing lean tools, creating work instructions, and shadow boards. Later, they became a Continuous Improvement Specialist from February 2016 to April 2017. After that, they worked at WABCO Polska z.o.o. as an Assistant in the HR Department from April 2017 to October 2017. Dagmara then joined Ordipol, Bielany Wrocławskie as a Payroll and HR Specialist from October 2017 to February 2018. Subsequently, Dagmara worked at Krajowe Centrum Pracy as a Junior HR and Payroll Specialist from March 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Payroll Specialist at Objectivity, starting from November 2019.

Dagmara Wierzba has an educational background in various fields. Dagmara started their education in 2010 at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji (Management and Production Engineering). Dagmara completed their studies there in 2015, obtaining the degree of Inżynier (Inż.).

After that, in 2015, Dagmara enrolled at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they focused on Zarządzanie Jakością (Quality Management). Dagmara completed their Magister (Mgr) degree in this field in 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Dagmara obtained the Specjalista ds. Kadr i Płac (Specialist in HR and Payroll) certification from Humano in November 2016. In December 2013, they also obtained the Auditor Wewnętrzny Systemu HACCP (Internal Auditor of HACCP System) certification from Qualitas. Furthermore, in April 2016, they completed the Lean Overview Training program offered by WABCO.

Recently, in August 2022, Dagmara acquired a certification in SQL od podstawe (SQL from the basics) from XL-PROJECT Tomasz Libera. Additionally, they are currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Data Science at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they started in 2022. The exact end year for this program is not provided. Overall, Dagmara has a diverse educational background in quality management, production engineering, and is now expanding their knowledge in data science.
