Julia Orłowska

Julia Orłowska's work experience includes:

1. From December 2020 to present, Julia has been working as the Head of Data and AI at Objectivity. In this role, they help customers advance their data maturity and supports organizations in becoming truly data-driven.

2. From January 2019 to December 2020, Julia served as the Business Intelligence Community of Practice Leader at Objectivity. Julia built a team of BI architects, developers, and consultants, and led various data projects to deliver complex data solutions for clients. Julia utilized tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Teradata, Azure, SQL Server, and Analysis Services.

3. From December 2015 to December 2020, Julia was the Chapter Leader Senior BI Developer at Objectivity. Julia also held the position of Team Leader Senior BI Developer from June 2014 to December 2015.

4. In addition, Julia worked as a Senior BI Developer at Objectivity from February 2014 to June 2014, and as a BI Software Developer from February 2013 to February 2014.

5. Prior to their role at Objectivity, Julia worked at KRUK S.A. as a Data Warehouse Designer from August 2010 to January 2013, and as a Senior Programmer from August 2009 to December 2010.

6. Julia also had an internship at Volvo IT during the summer of 2008, where they worked as a Software Developer. Julia'sresponsibilities included analyzing and documenting existing data warehouses, implementing ETL tasks, writing pl/sql scripts, and building reports. Julia underwent training in Informatica and Business Objects during this internship.

Julia Orłowska obtained their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Julia continued their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Software Engineering at Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009. In 2021, they enrolled in the ICAN Institute and completed the Management Development Programme in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Julia has obtained several certifications. In June 2021, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate. In June 2019, they received the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification. Earlier, in July 2014, they earned the Exam 461 certification for Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014, and in January 2011, they obtained the MCTS 70-431 certification for Implementing and Maintaining SQL Server 2005.
