Maja Krzysztofik

Maja Krzysztofik has a diverse work experience in recruitment and HR specialist roles. Maja started their career at Adecco Poland in 2014 as a Recruitment & Administration Specialist, where they maintained effective relationships with business clients and developed recruitment strategies. In 2016, they joined Bank Millennium as a Recruitment Specialist, conducting recruitment processes in various areas including IT development and legal departments. In 2021, Maja joined Objectivity | Part of Accenture as a Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and conducting HR projects. Maja later transitioned to the role of Senior Recruitment & HR Specialist, where they focus on process improvement and onboarding new employees.

Maja Krzysztofik pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning in 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they attended the University of Wroclaw, where they obtained a Magister degree in Politologia with a specialization in Marketing Polityczny. Following this, in 2013 to 2015, they enrolled at AP Edukacja, where they earned a degree in Inspektor BHP. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, Maja attended the University of Wroclaw again, this time for Studia Podyplomowe in Psychologia Zarządzania.
