Marcin Zając has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Marcin started their career as a Software Developer at RT-PRO in 2009. In 2011, they joined Tieto as a Junior Java Software Developer. Marcin then worked as a Java Software Developer at Picadilla from 2014 to 2015, where they gained experience in developing scalable backend services for social games. In 2015, they joined Nokia as a Java Software Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing network configuration tools in the OMS project. Marcin joined Objectivity in 2015 and held various roles including Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, Team Leader Senior Software Developer, and currently as a Team Leader Technical Lead. Throughout their career, Marcin has demonstrated their ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain code quality while adhering to best practices. Marcin'sprimary skills include Java, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Jira, and Git.

Marcin Zając has pursued higher education in the field of Computer Science and Mathematics at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Marcin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Science from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they pursued two Master of Science (MS) degrees, one in Computer Science from 2009 to 2012, and another in Mathematics from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Marcin Zając has obtained various certifications. These include the "Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer" certification from Oracle in January 2014, and the "Certificate of Competency of Inland Skipper" from the Polish Yachting Association in October 2013. Moreover, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Introduction to Scala," "Kotlin Essential Training: Functions, Collections, and I/O," "Kotlin Essential Training: Object-Oriented and Async Code," "Learn Apache Kafka for Beginners," "React.js Essential Training," and "SEO Foundations" all in July 2023.
