Michal Hryncewicz

Michal Hryncewicz began their work experience in 2008 as a Software Tester at CCIG. Michal then moved on to become a Business Analyst and Product Owner, where they were responsible for maintaining the Call Center Management System product backlog, gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, and optimizing KPIs. In 2012, Michal joined Fast White Cat S.A. as a Product Owner, BPM Manager, and eventually a Business Development Manager. In this role, they contributed to the company's business development and managed BPM projects. In 2014, they briefly worked at Fly on the cloud as a Business Development Manager. Michal's most recent role is at Objectivity Bespoke Software Specialists, where they currently work as a Team Leader Senior Business Analyst.

Michal Hryncewicz obtained their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Telecommunication from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Michal attended the university from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in various fields. In 2012, they received the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org. In 2011, they obtained the Agile Product Management with Scrum certification from Pod Drzewem, and the Process Modeling Management certification from MT&DC and George Washington University.
