Nina Kołodziejek started their work experience in 2011 as an E-marketer at COHM SP.ZO.O., where they created and updated website content, managed company blogs and social media, and handled Google AdWords. In 2011, they also worked as a Public Relations Manager at GRAAL Society for Developing Children Personality.
In 2012, Nina joined Capgemini as an IT Service Desk Analyst (1st line) until 2013. Nina then moved on to work at Build Change as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they managed complex projects related to natural disasters, conducted surveys and assessments, prepared project strategies and budgets, and supervised a multicultural team.
From 2017 onwards, Nina has been working at Objectivity. Nina started as a Service Operation Analyst and demonstrated high flexibility by working shifts and utilizing various software and ticketing tools. Nina'sresponsibilities included acting as a contact point for clients, monitoring system performance, handling escalations, and running database maintenance. Nina also tracked SLAs and KPIs, ran SQL queries for reports, and contributed to workflow improvements. In November 2020, Nina became a Service Coordinator at Objectivity and in November 2021, they took on the role of Junior Service Delivery Manager, where they are currently employed.
Nina Kołodziejek completed their education in a sequential manner. Nina began their academic journey at Jagiellonian University in 2006, where they pursued a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Komparatystyka and completed it in 2009. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2015, they attended Jagiellonian University once again, this time focusing on Kulturoznawstwo Dalekiego Wschodu and obtaining another Licencjat (Lic.) degree.
In 2013, they briefly studied at the University of Malaya, earning a Magister Administracji Biznesu degree specializing in Umiejętności biznesowe i społeczne/ Małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa in 2014. Later, in 2020 to 2021, they pursued Stuia Podyplomowe at the University of Warsaw, specializing in Pomoc humanitarna.
In terms of certifications, Nina earned the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2021.
