Wojciech Filipkowski

Wojciech Filipkowski has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Wojciech is currently working as a Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist at Objectivity since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Recruiter at Aspire Systems from January 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they conducted end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborated with technical recruiters, published job offers, specified job requirements, administered the recruitment database, and played a key role in onboarding new employees. Wojciech also supported the Wolontariat Gdańsk project and played a part in developing the company's communication and employer branding strategies. From July 2018 to January 2019, Wojciech worked at Goyello as a Talent Acquisition & HR Recruiter, where they performed similar responsibilities. Before that, they gained experience as an HR Talent Acquisition & Talent Advisor at NewPerspective from September 2016 to July 2018 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Lobo HR from May 2015 to September 2016.

Wojciech Filipkowski pursued their education from 2013 to 2015 at the University of Gdansk, where they obtained a Magister degree (Mgr) in the field of study Ekonomia (Economics).
