Mike Prieskorn

Mike Prieskorn served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CenterTools Software GmbH, a German cybersecurity vendor that sells its DLP product for endpoint protection in over 30 countries. He founded the company over a decade ago. Nordwind Capital has recently acquired a majority stake in CenterTools Software GmbH, headquartered in Ludwigsburg with offices in England and the USA, via a club deal. Mike is a serial entrepreneur and is highly experienced in executing growing companies.
