Lilia Shirman is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. Currently serving as General Partner-in-Residence at True Global Ventures, Lilia focuses on supporting AI-driven early-stage companies. Additionally, Lilia holds board positions at Obligo, ZineOne, and StyleBox Inc., while founding and managing Falcon Peak Capital and West Coast Equity Partners, which invest in innovative technology firms. Previously, Lilia was a Venture Partner at Scale-Up Venture Capital and CEO of The Shirman Group. Academic credentials include a Master's in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
