Kristina Mordal

Kristina Mordal has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Kristina started their career at Lene V, a leading women's clothing company, where they served as an Assistant Manager and Sales Representative. Kristina then worked at various companies in different positions before joining Deepend, a creative media agency, where they managed day-to-day studio operations.

After that, Kristina worked as an Interior Designer at HTH Kjøkkenforum, where they were responsible for sales, design, and service to business and retail clients. Kristina achieved notable success in this role and was recognized as Norway's "Top Salesperson of the Month."

Kristina then joined Meltwater, a global media intelligence company, where they held several positions. Kristina started as a Sales Consultant and quickly progressed to Sales Manager. Kristina later became the Managing Director of Business Development in Sweden, where they successfully transformed the office into the most profitable in the company. Kristina also held a Director role in San Francisco, managing a global team and overseeing a significant budget.

After Meltwater, Kristina served as the Country Manager at Benify, a leading provider of Total Compensation Management and Flexible benefits in Europe. Kristina later became the Chief Commercial Officer at AIMS, an organization providing proactive monitoring solutions.

Most recently, Kristina worked as the Head of Business Planning and Operations at Pearl Group before joining OBOS as an Information Technology Project Lead. In this role, they are responsible for technology and digitalization at OBOS' largest office building.

Throughout their career, Kristina has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved significant revenue growth, and led successful projects.

Kristina Mordal obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing and Relationship Management from Markedshøyskolen during the years 2005 to 2008.
