Matthew Giordano

Matthew Giordano has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Matthew is currently the Director of Corporate Accounting at Obra Capital, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Assistant Controller at Capstone Investment Advisors from January 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Capstone, Matthew served as the Controller and Finance professional at Stone Harbor Investment Partners from October 2012 to January 2021. Matthew started their career as a Financial Accountant at Dealogic from January 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Chief Consultant at the Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises Business Competition from September 2008 to December 2008, and as an Accounting Intern in the Credit Rating Department at Standard & Poor's from September 2007 to December 2007.

Matthew Giordano completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/CPA from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management, starting in 2005 and finishing in 2009.
