Vicente Valles Ortiz

Vicente Valles Ortiz has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Encargado de obra at Obras Especiales since September 2022. Prior to this role, Vicente was Encargado general at SACYR from October 2018 to October 2022 and held the position of Encargado de obra at Lic Leventina Ingenieria y Construccion from February 2017 to 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the reform and rehabilitation of Hotel Mordjane in El Kala, Algeria. Additionally, Vicente worked as Encargado de construccion at Ute Elecnor Rover Alcisa Tramway Ouargla from January 2013 to 2017.
