Anneta Gizari

Anneta Gizari has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR consulting and management roles. Anneta is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Obrela Security Industries, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search & Selection at ICAP Executive Search and Selection from 2016 to 2022. Anneta also has experience as a Senior HR Consultant at CS Value Adding Partners, where they led a restructuring project for a Clinical Trials company. Before that, they served as the Group Human Resources Manager at GLOBO Plc from 2011 to 2015. Anneta started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at ManpowerGroup in 2009 and also worked as a Franchise Administration Officer at Glou Group of Companies from 2006 to 2009.

Anneta Gizari completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2004 at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where they pursued a degree in Balkan Studies with a focus on European and Economic Studies. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they attended Hellenic Open University and earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration. During the same period, from 2008 to 2009, Anneta also pursued studies in Retail Management with a focus on Economics at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
