Themis Kotoulas

Themis Kotoulas has a diverse work experience in the IT and cybersecurity field. Themis worked at Obrela from 2022 to the present, starting as the IT Manager & Security Integration Manager and later becoming the Cyber Defence Center Director. Prior to this, they worked at WIND Hellas from 2001 to 2022, holding various roles including Enterprise Services & Operations Support Senior Manager, IT Manager, and IT Supervisor. Themis also worked as an IT Consultant at Bull in 2000.

From 1990 to 1996, Themis Kotoulas attended the University of Patras, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering Physics.
