Michael Parry

Michael Parry has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Michael is currently the Head of Sales Operations at Observe.AI, where they are focused on transforming contact centers through the use of Voice AI technology. Prior to this, they worked at ServiceMax for several years, starting as a Sales Operations Analyst before moving up to Sales Operations Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Sales Operations. Earlier in their career, Michael held positions at C9 Inc. as a Sales Development Rep and later as a Sales Development and Sales Operations Manager. Michael also worked as a High Performance Sports Scientist at UC Berkeley and as a Tennis Professional at Blackhawk Country Club. Additionally, they served as a Team Manager for ASU Men's Tennis.

Michael Parry earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Michael then pursued their Master of Science in Exercise Physiology at California State University - East Bay from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification in May 2013.
