Jarrod Wilbur

Jarrod Wilbur has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Jarrod began their career at the Center for Teaching and Learning as an Administrative Assistant and System Developer, where they designed and programmed systems that compiled data reports, improving efficiency by 500%. Jarrod then moved to Pacific Media Properties as a Systems Manager, where they searched, implemented, and instructed members of a new organizational program to create efficiency within the company's communication and organization, increasing property tracking by over 200%.

Wilbur then joined Brigham Young University's Information Systems Department as a Research Assistant and Developer, followed by Colas IS Support as a Technical Support Analyst Intern, where they maintained system support for the company's many subdivisions and updated and developed system communication diagrams. Jarrod then worked at Zions Bancorporation as a Middleware Engineer, where they developed an automation process to improve the quality and efficiency of the infrastructure documentation process.

Wilbur then joined Xerva, LLC as a Business Intelligence Developer before moving to ObservePoint in 2018, where they held two roles: Solutions Architect and Data Governance Consultant/Script Services Manager. In this role, they drove revenue discussions for prospective clients, consulted the Product Management team on new designs and ideas for further development of the tool, and trained and enabled revenue teams on product features. Jarrod received Employee of the Year for achieving a company goal of $4 million in new contract value in 2020.

Most recently, Wilbur joined Recharge Payments as a Sales Engineer in 2021.

Jarrod Wilbur attended Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Information Systems Management degree with a focus on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
