Mark Baker

Mark Baker has extensive work experience, starting as a Systems Engineer at Collmain Customer Services in 1996. Mark then worked as a Senior IT Engineer at RSA from 1997 to 2000 before becoming a Helpdesk Technical Co-ordinator at Volt Europe until 2004. In 2005, Mark joined SITOC Ltd as a Technology Services Manager and later moved to ICanProve.IT as a Technical Services Manager in 2014. Currently, they are working at Observit as a Product Director starting from November 2023.

From 1984 to 1990, Mark Baker attended PCC, but did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field.
