Laura Gompers MSW

Laura Gompers MSW has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2011. Laura began their career as a Recruiter - Summer Contractor at Nerenberg Law Associates in 2011. Laura then held a Sales Coordinator role at Simply Energy in 2015, followed by a Contract Recruiter role at Voyage Media in 2016. In the same year, they were also a Recruiter at Jeffrey R. Lessin & Associates, P.C. In 2017, they were an HR Coordinator - Contract at Robert Half Legal / Costco Headquarters, where they were responsible for preparing acquisition and relocation documents, researching and securing support materials, and working on the General Data Protection Regulation Project. In 2018, they were an Analyst at Community Care. From 2020 to 2022, they held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at the City of Seattle, and from 2022 to present, they have been a Technical Recruiter at Obsess, Diversity Policy, and Virufy.

Laura Gompers MSW is currently pursuing their Master of Social Work at the University of Washington, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Laura previously obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona in 2015, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Government and Public Policy. Laura also obtained a Master of Social Work certification from the University of Washington in June 2022.
