Jennifer Metivier

Jennifer Metivier, MS has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Jennifer is currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Obsidian Therapeutics, where they are responsible for strategic hiring and resource planning for a biotech cell and gene therapy company. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Moderna, where they focused on recruiting for clinical development roles. Jennifer also has experience at AstraZeneca, Precision For Medicine, Covance, Allergan, the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters, Glens Falls Hospital, and Forest Laboratories. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong ability to recruit and hire professionals across various functional groups and therapeutic areas.

Jennifer Metivier, MS completed their Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution. Jennifer also studied Biology at Saint Michael's College. In 2010, they became a Fellow of ASPR, certified by ASPR.
