Kevin Holt

Kevin Holt is a Senior Research Associate at Obsidian Therapeutics, with prior experience as a Senior Analytical Development Associate at SQZ Biotechnologies. Kevin's expertise includes developing assays for autologous cell therapies, supporting process development, and conducting analytical testing, along with drafting standard operating procedures and presenting data to leadership. Kevin has a strong research background with a Master’s degree in Immunology from Brown University, focusing on inflammatory intestinal macrophage subsets and chemokine signaling in systemic lupus erythematosus. Additional experience includes lab management, bioinformatics, and contributions to published research. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Arizona.
