About the Team:

We are building a foundational team of Business Development Representatives to coordinate assessments for the security-and-compliance community in the mid-enterprise to assess readiness for attacks, adherence to standards, and alignment with best practices in their most important applications. Ultimately, the Obsidian platform fills many of these gaps, reducing risk and saving time for our customers. Because of the emerging and rapidly accelerating awareness of security and compliance risks in SaaS environments, we are anticipating rapid growth, which brings with it a high probability of career advancement opportunities as we grow to help more customers address these emerging risks while saving time and resources in the process. 

About the Role:

This role is focused on acquiring accounts where these problems and risks are most prevalent and consequential: Healthcare,finance and high-tech in organizations with 1k-3k employees. This team, along with the Global VP, will expand market share and develop best practices for future teams selling into this target market. 
 
Must be commutable to San Jose.

  • 4-year college Degree

  • Base Pay Range: $45k - $55k per year (Double OTE)

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards [and incentive compensation] based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
