Millan Vallabh has over 25 years of work experience in customer service and technical support roles. In 1997, they began their career as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Business Connexion. Millan also obtained an Oral Health degree from the University of the Western Cape between 1994 and 1996. In addition, they hold Technical Certificates in ITIL v3, MOFF v4, MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA, MCTS, EMC Proven, Cloud Computing Strategy, and Okta Certified. Millan also has additional certifications from Okta, Inc. (Okta Certified Administrator and Okta Certified Professional) and Microsoft (AZ-100 Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment) as well as an EMC Certified certification from EMC.
