Thanh Dip has worked at Obsidian Security since 2022 as a Software Engineer - Data, at Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. since 2022 as a Software Developer, at Walmart since 2020 as a Data Analyst, and at CareZone.com since 2015 as an App Support Specialist/Data Analyst/QA. At Walmart, Thanh Dip developed automated data ingest, manipulation, and reporting using Python, SQL, and relevant APIs for a new mobile app, and developed reporting and automated campaign attribution for the new insurance business. At CareZone.com, Thanh Dip pulled and analyzed user data and feedback with SQL and Redash to help see how different marketing campaigns affected key metrics, and gathered and analyzed employee productivity data for the customer service team to see trends and help improve the customer service experience.

Thanh Dip attended San Francisco State University from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
