Aaron S. is an experienced professional in product development and agile methodologies, currently serving as Development Manager at ObvioHealth since November 2022. With a strong background in mentoring executives and product teams at Collaborative Movement since April 2012, Aaron has transformed over 30 organizations and trained thousands in agile practices. Previously, Aaron held significant roles such as Vice President of Agility at Lytx, where strategic direction was established for a $60M product portfolio, and Agile Coach at Rally Software, leading large-scale enterprises through agile transformations. Aaron's expertise also spans coaching and training in various esteemed organizations, including Yahoo! and eBay. Aaron holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver.
